XCOM: Enemy Within - Episode 103 (Severed Throne)
757th of November, 2015:
Despite the trials that our team went through on Operation Silent Gaze, or perhaps because of them, the base was a have of activity over the past several days.
The aliens, no doubt recovering after their losses, were largely silent as we focused on renovating the base, and with the research department lacking anything new to work on, I've had the lab techs assigned to improving the existing systems around the base.
Of course, the council seem to agree, and weren't shy about showing their appreciation for our efforts in the budget for this month.
Still, with the Gollop chamber complete, it didn't come as a surprise to me that the aliens finally began to stir again...
