The scout, lightly manned, was able to offer about as much resistance to our squad as one might expect. That is to say, very little at all.

Though Revocane did scratch up another suite of armour I'm certain Dr Shen's team will have the scorch marks and cuts polished out of it before the next operation.

Though it's fair to say that the Etherials seem to have accepted their role in commanding even these, comparatively unimportant craft. A fact that has me a little worried, if it weren't for the fact that Revocane's gene-mods make control all but impossible for the aliens, we might have been looking at an entirely different outcome from that last mission.

I've spoken with Vahlen of course, it shouldn't take much for us to be able to equip the remaining gene-modded troops with the same neural enhancements as Revocane, to guard against these forms of attack, but I wonder if we have the time.
