XCOM Enemy Within is an expansion for the turn based strategy combat game XCOM Enemy Unknown.
Im trying out a mod for XCOM EW called Long War (Beta 14i) this mod changes the hole game, and makes it even harder and scarier, and more tactical than ever before.

Here is some of the bigger changes in Long War
- You can have 12 XCOM soldiers on mission with the right upgrade
- There are now 8 soldier classes Infantry, Assault, Sniper, Scout, Gunner, Rocketeer, Medic and Engineer
- There are now 8 MEC classes Valkyrie, Marauder, Jaeger, Pathfinder, Goliath, Archer, Guardian and Shogun
- New Perks for your soldiers
- New and modified technologies
- Earlier access to psionics
- Overhauled interception game, with five new UFO classes
- New randomized mission start locations
- New Weapons and Tools
- More Aliens on maps, up to 60 aliens in bases
