Welcome,
There are several preperations that need to be made before grabbing this Trophy Achievement.
You need a Gene Lab for starters.

1. Find and kill a Sectoid Commander.
2. Perform Autopsy and receive the Neural Feedback Mod.
3. Head to the Gene Lab and enhance a soldier with the Neural Feedback Gene Mod.
4. Find another Sectiod Commander (will work with any psi attacking alien), damage him
so he has about 6 or 7 health left.
5. Have your Gene modded soldier closest to him on his first psi attack.
