XCOM: Enemy Within + Long War Mod Beta 15e Alpha

With the engineering and research divisions toiling away at converting the captured Abductor ship into new weapon and armor technology for XCOM, the abduction attempt in Chihuahua Mexico decisively thwarted, and the North American interceptor fleet gradually coming back online, it appears as though XCOM might be gaining a momentary upper hand on the alien threat. However, the Council has contacted Command with an urgent deployment request. A fishing village in Newfoundland has gone dark without explanation or obvious cause, and a Canadian military recon team failed to report back after deploying to the site. Alien involvement is suspected, but no UFO activity has been detected in the area. Wary of a trap, XCOM is deploying a specialized recon team to the site to ascertain the situation.
