Key Notes:
- A myriad of new quests appear in the city now that the story has moved along. I would recommend you do them when you get another party member, though.
- If you didn't see Fiora's HH event at Outlook Park, it's lost forever. Sorry.
- IMPORTANT: Despite the fact you may have cleared all the quests you could've found in the city, as you progress through the game, new quests will eventually pop up from named NPCs, which in turn will help you increase the settlement's affinity.
