Xenoblade Chronicles 2: Part 102 (Postgame): Awakening T-elos
Once you've beaten Malos for the last time and cleared this game, your save file will have a gold ribbon to mark this.
If you choose to continue that save file without starting New Game Plus, there are still some extra things you unlock.
One of these things is a new Rare Blade that it's dropped into the RNG of awakening Core Crystals, but what's extra giddy about this Blade is that you have a much higher chance than usual to get them compared to other Rare Blades. Either way, I wanted to raise Rex's Luck again to absolutely make sure I get this new Blade.
----------
This Rare Blade I've been talking about is T-elos, or T-elos Re:. She is a Dark Greataxe Blade and is a counterpart to KOS-MOS in that they're both powerful weapons that hail from Xenosaga. However, compared to KOS-MOS' focused robotic mannerisms and preserving the peace, T-elos is more expressive and snide and craves destruction. As such, same as it ever was, she and KOS-MOS are rivals.
Surprisingly, unlike KOS-MOS in this game, T-elos was NOT redesigned by her original designer Kunihiko Tanaka of past Xeno games. She was instead redesigned by CHOCO, who designed Praxis and Theory in this game.
Playing New Game Plus will allow you to gain even more Rare Blades than T-elos, a lot of them are most of the Torna Blades, themselves.
But for now, beyond this, I wanna focus on getting other Special Blades, though at my party's current level, I might not be able to do this...
