Well, from now on I'm using Joy-cons. Hopefully the drifting isn't too apparent!

Personally I feel this is where the gameplay really starts to pick up, before falling behind again, but that's not 'til later, so don't worry about it. Basically, combat didn't really click for me up until I rescued Nia. Like, I get that the game is supposed to ease new party members and mechanics onto you, but it just felt like I didn't have enough to work with to do much of anything. After she rejoined the party though? Suddenly everything made sense. Maybe I could chalk it up to me just learning the game, but i dunno, combat just feels more fluid with three characters, and it only gets better from there.
