This is video #052 in my gameplay series of Xenoblade Chronicles 3 for the Nintendo Switch.

Previously, the party carried out the standard quest "The Desert Hulk" and rebooted the Desert Ferronis Hulk in Dannagh Desert, Fornis Region. Then, they climbed Limoux Hill and Klondos Table and explores the highlands above Dannagh Desert and Eagus Wilderness. In the process, they defeated the Terrorbird Zieger. Now, the party will work on a hero quest in Millick Meadows. They will also look for a few rope slides.

The party resumes at the Lake Rezzento Camp in the Eagus Wilderness, Fornis Region. They skip travel to the Kamos Guidepost in Millick Meadows, Aetia Region.

The party climbs the northeastern vines to Murmur Rise. Farther northeast, they approach a quest marker and a shiny item. This triggers a scene with a Mystery Man. The hero quest "A Gray Matter" begins.

After the scene, the party battles the Mystery Man. When his HP reaches half, the gameplay battle ends, and another scene takes place.

Then, the party must battle a Colony 23 Patrol, a group of 5 Keves soldiers. No problem at my party's levels. Another scene takes place after the battle.

The party skip travels back to Kamos Guidepost. They go to the northeast and examine the Mystery Man's Trail starting at the river bank. They follow the trail southwest through Viliera Hill.

They eventually approach the Mystery Man on the east bank south of the Hillside Ferronis Hulk. This triggers a scene.

Afterwards, it is boss time against another Colony 23 Patrol, with three soldiers and two Levnises. The foes are totally outclassed.

Another scene takes place when the battle is over. "A Gray Matter" complete! The party obtains an Odd Triangular Shard. Gray becomes available as a Hero. Eunie inherits Gray's class, Full Metal Jaguar, an Attacker role.

The party explores the southeastern end of Millick Meadows. There is a rare item on the eyot at the waterfall. An Ether Channel is in the south. Near the exit to the Fornis Region, there is a new Soldier's Husk.

The party skip travels to Zem's Crossway in Eagus Wilderness, Fornis Region. To the south and west, they find the Farseer Pirtett, a Level 40 unique Hox. A rare item can be found nearby.

The party skip travels to the Unruffled Narrah's grave in Laprel Knoll in Ribbi Flats. They take the rope slide northwest to Isla Passerat. After climbing onto the western plateau, they find a Container near the western ledge. They take the next rope slide southeast to Shikashaka Mesa.

They open a Supply Drop in Laprel Knoll.

The party skip travels to the Ruins of Seebu Camp in the Urayan Tunnels, Pentelas Region. Across the bridge to the south, they climb ladders in the Ruins of Seebu. They take a rope slide west to an island. They avoid the Level 82 unique enemies, but they do open the Container in the east. The northern rope slide takes them back to the Ruins of Seebu Camp.

The party skip travels to the Raucous Ron grave at the Roaring Spring. To the north, they take a rope slide northeast to an island. They examine the device to the east for another rope slide.

They ride the new rope slide southeast to a tower. Atop a ladder, they find a Container. Then, they take the next rope slide southeast.

On the eastern plateau, they fight the Shimmering Marcko, a Level 28 unique enemy. A group of Soldiers' Husks is to the north. East of the husks, the party finds a Container in the Kachurichu Cavern. In the south of the plateau, the party finds a device that extends a ladder to the lower level.

The party skip travels back to the Raucous Ron grave. They go north and take the first rope slide northeast again. While they ride the second rope slide southeast, they hop off onto a ledge midway along. On this ledge, they take on the Gracious Titania, a Level 50 unique Arachno. It seems my timing for this enemy is superb. After defeating it, the party finds a Container.

The party skip travels to Colony Lambda. They find an NPC with new dialogue.

The party saves at the Lambda Shelter. Next time, they will continue questing in Colony 30.
