It's a tale of man vs machine in the most literal sense! We follow Shulk as he takes on the Mechonis forces who wish to eradicate the Bionis forces! But it all starts in the lovely Colony 9, a small town on a giant titan where Shulk spends his days relaxing and research a special blade called The Monado. Not everyone can wield this blade that has the capability to damage Mechon armour! But Duncan can! (Apparently he's called Dunban in this!? Strange.) But... the Monado seemed to take control and very badly damaged Duncan! And while researching the Monado... Shulk has flashes of the future via Foresight! But I won't say more beyond that... so let's enjoy some time with his friends Fiora and Reyn before we get into it all!
