Xenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive Edition is a JRPG released for the Nintendo Switch on March 20, 2025. It is a remaster of the 2015 release of the same title that appeared on the Nintendo Wii U, produced by Monolith Soft and published by Nintendo.

Xenoblade Chronicles X places us into the shows of Cross, a character that we create who is the survivor of a spaceship crash onto a planet known as Mira. As the last surviving humans it is our mission to locate the others that are in stasis in a device known as the Lifehold - all the whilst exploring the vast expanse of Mira, and dealing with the hostile flora and fauna it presents.

For those that are fans of the Xenoblade Chronicles series, this title takes a different approach to how it deals with the story. Is it overall enjoyable and worth playing? Check out my review to find out!
