I made pretty quick work of this guy, do not take this fight lightly.
He likes to constantly back away, is capable of flight, has some extremely powerful attacks (both single hit and multi-hit), is surrounded by Zigs that may attack you if you get to close, and has an intimidating stature and large health.
The best option seems to be to kill him quickly, some of his attacks involve him leaping high into the air which makes it difficult to hit him on the ground. It can also cause various debuffs and is large enough to launch you on foot. It does seem to take a while to get started, don't let this thing out of range.
This Tyrant drops an incredible amount of useful materials and can drop unique skell weapons including the 560 R-Cannon depending on what parts are broken. The R-Cannon comes from the shoulders of Cannon Seidrs, the Enhanced Attack Seidr is in this category.
This is the most powerful 30 Fuel Cost Skell weapon, has incredible range, a quick attack, and destroys most appendages in one shot. These are actually one of the best weapons overall on Potential build Skells thanks to their huge DPS, low cooldown, and minimal fuel cost.
