Xiaomi HyperOS on Xiaomi Pad 5 (FINAL UPDATE!)
7Xiaomi Pad 5 is getting a HyperOS update. Yes, this could be the final update for this device because it has reached 2 years of Android OS updates and final year of security updates.
This device still can be updated several more times via security patches before reaching the end of life.
This device was released in August 2021 in Malaysia. It comes with Android 11 with MIUI 12.5 out of the box. It has an 11 inch 1600x2560 IPS LCD screen, 13 megapixels rear with flash and 8 megapixels front, Qualcomm Snapdragon 860, 6GB RAM and 256GB storage.
I bought this device brand new in October 2022 and have been used for 1 year and 6 months. I'm going to use this tablet for several more rounds until many apps start unsupporting Android 13 in the next 2-3 years from this video uploading date (11 April 2024).
