XPS 12-9250 & Latitude 12-7275: BitLocker Cannot Be Enabled When You Change the Boot Sequence to Legacy Mode, The operating system keep asking to enter the recovery key every time during a warm boot or cold boot if you enable BitLocker in the legacy mode with the Windows 8.1 / Windows 10 Operation System
Go to system BIOS screen, start your PC and keep tapping F2 to go to the BIOS Screen.
Step 1) Change The Boot Sequence to UEFI
Step 2) Disable "Enable Legacy Operation ROMs"
Step 3) Enable "Secure Boot Enable"
