Xtreme Racing - Freekstyle GBA AND Gamecube Demonstration!
My last video had me playing Excitebike for Nintendo better on the Mini Classics! And, I mentioned that I was fond of a game that I played years ago, called Freekstyle! So, of course, I had to do a video showing both versions of this Xtreme Racing game, which is one of the best I have ever played! Love games like this and SSX, and Xtreme Games in general:) You get the idea!
Freekstyle GBA runs awesome on the mGBA Core for the Mini Classics! I showcase it on VisualBoy Advance, here...the same emulator that I used to work on "codes" for, around the time I was working with Dreamcast games, such as Phantasy Star Online V1/V2. Some great people taught me some fun stuff about "cheat codes" back then:) So, technically, you can use VisualBoy Advance, watch how the "searches" change. IE: You have full boost, and you look at the values there. Then, you use a little boost...You will be able to pinpoint roughly what value changed, and change it back, upon any use of boost...for unlimited boost:) Fun stuff, once you experienced the game, already...as intended!
I would play Mega Man 1, 2, 3, etc, legit, beat them. Then, hook up my Galoob Game Genie (which really screws up the pins in NES Systems! That is why you had to "blow" your carts, in many cases:), and, activate Moon Jump FTW!
Enjoy the Video! And, check out Freekstyle, and let me know what ya think!
