So for this part we start the Real Estate business that becomes Kiryu's main source of income. You can get tons of money by buying properties and investing in them, unlocking new managers, security, and advisers to help you along the way by completing other sidequests. For the most part, you don't really have to do anything but let time pass and collect money, then we'll occasionally get in a fight or some other activity to progress the storyline around it. This is the only realistic way you can get enough money to fully upgrade all of Kiryu's styles. Apparently there's a 4th style tied to the quest line, but I never learned it because I didn't get far enough for that before beating the game.

For the most part, leveling so much isn't really necessary. I always felt I was overpowered in the game until the end, when I start speeding through the story. For right now, I kind of tear through story battles as you'll see when Awano sends his goons after Kiryu at the bar.
