So I wanted to play some Yggdra Union, but lately regular playthroughs of games have felt somewhat boring to me. As such I decided to record what my best performance looks like, in part for the challenge and in part to ensure I play the game cleanly. (No rewinds, save states or speedup)

To get the best results I can, I've established some goals I'll seek to accomplish, in this order:

1. Stay within the turn limit to obtain +2 for the MVP bonus.
Low turn counts are a good way to measure efficient play, so hitting this benchmark whenever possible seems appropriate as a baseline requirement.

2. Obtain every item I can get on any given battlefield.
Anything not nailed down that can be grabbed without sacrificing the MVP turncount is mine!

3. Take as little morale damage as possible.
Taking some damage is essentially inevitable, but with all these items it's easy to get lazy because you can just heal off any damage anyway. That's unacceptable! We don't like pointless damage over here!

Since it won't always be possible (or reasonable) to fulfil all these goals simultaneously, I will be tracking my results for good measure (Turn count, items missed, damage taken)

I will be also be showing all dialogue. That way, I'll be less tempted to just brute force my desired results through endless resetting, and it'll be possible to follow along with the story for anyone interested in that.
