today’s is lifting a heavybag. I know kinda weird, kinda hard, hard work is good work or don’t, yogi’s choice.
place it between your legs and find a good spot a little lower than halfway over it & get into a squat stance reaching for the bag on both sides, pull it up as you stand and place it over a shoulder, alternate shoulders with each rep to do alternate shouldering.
don’t toss it onto your shoulder, place it nicely, be kind to your spine.
great for stability of the legs especially hamstrings and calves, lower back and core strength, grip strength, and explosiveness.
