In Part 4 of the Yokohama comparison series, we'll be taking a stroll around Nogecho, represented in Isezaki Ijincho with the Bar District. Aside from one major location in it not being found (though, I have a story for that), this should prove to be pretty familiar to Like a Dragon fans.

After how much information I threw at viewers in Part 3, the commentary here is a bit more loose. I also didn't notice until this episode's production that the audio for the other episodes ended up way too low. My apologies for that. It sounded fine during editing, then ended up being too quiet after exporting. Nothing I can really do with what's been uploaded, but I hope from this episode on, things should be good on that front.
