Yoshi's Crafted World #21: Fish Glitch
4It seems that co-op may have screwed us out of a flower in this level. Because initially, Lightning had gotten swallowed by the fish. This, in turn, probably made the game get stuck in some kind of Schrodinger's limbo, where it knew one Yoshi was dead and one was alive. As a result, it couldn't despawn us, but it also couldn't render the rest of the level. As a result, the flower didn't appear. That is my only guess.
