No wonder some of the graphical settings are hidden in a CFG file! We've got: HDR setting that does nothing, Shaders setting that causes models to be invisible and otherwise does nothing, and Normal Mapping setting that does nothing but pop a "Nurse model has [greater than symbol]* 67 bones" error during load-up time! Let's not forget the solid colours that pop up for damage and healing "overlays".

This is supposedly a 2007 game, too.

It also runs inexplicably at 100% utilisation of Core 0, so no actual LP or anything I guess.
