Actually, this is my showcase of the Aspidnest Mod by KaanGaming. It allows you to add enemies to the game who chase you throughout each level, with options for teleporting and scaling the size of the enemies! It's a very fun mod and I'll probably use it for some actual challenge runs too. Did you know that you're given infinite HP in the Birthplace scene?
