FINDING YOUR HOLLOW KNIGHT DIRECTORY

Steam:
Head to your Steam Library - right click "Hollow Knight" - select "Properties" - select "Local Files" - click "Browse..." this will place you directly in the correct file, check the pathing of the file then lead the Installer down that same pathing.

GoG:
Head to your GoG Galaxy Library - right click "Hollow Knight" - hover over "Manage installation" - select "Show Folder" this will place you directly in the correct file, check the pathing of the file then lead the Installer down that same pathing.

Game Pass:
🔹 First enter the Xbox app and move your mouse over Hollow Knight on the left bar.
🔸 Click the three points then click "Manage".
🔹 Go to the "Files" tab and select "Browse...".
🔸 Click Hollow Knight then Content, click the path bar and copy it.
🔹**Run Scarab as admin** and paste in the path you copied.

Game Pass Alternative Method:
🔹 Click on your profile then "Settings"
🔸 Go to "General" tab and select "CHANGE FOLDER"
🔹 Look for a folder where you want to install the game (Preferably inside a folder in your desktop), and copy the path.
🔸 🔹**Run Scarab as admin** and paste in the path you copied.

Scarab path folder needs to have Hollow Knight_Data folder inside.

FINDING YOUR SAVES/GLOBALSETTINGS DIRECTORY

Windows: %APPDATA%\..\LocalLow\Team Cherry\Hollow Knight\
MacOS: ~/Library/Application Support/unity.Team Cherry.Hollow Knight/
Linux: ~/.config/unity3d/Team Cherry/Hollow Knight/

Windows Instructions:
Press [WindowsKey] + [R],
Copy & Paste this: %AppData%\..\LocalLow\Team Cherry\Hollow Knight
Press Enter.

MacOS Instructions:
Open Spotlight (Command + Space) and type terminal,
Click enter to open the terminal,
Paste this into the terminal window: open ~/Library/Application\ Support/unity.Team Cherry.Hollow\ Knight/
Press Enter.

Linux Instructions:
Using your preferred method, navigate to:
~/.config/unity3d/Team Cherry/Hollow Knight/

Your saves directory will also contain your ModLog.txt, which might be helpful to share if you're having problems!
