"Very Ginger Pork"

■Ingredients (2 servings)
・4 slices (150g) of thinly sliced ​​pork loin
・2 pieces of fried tofu
・1/2 onion
・120g cut vegetables [cabbage, shredded]
・1/2 tablespoon of salad oil
・Scallions (chopped) (as needed)
・☆Ginger pork sauce
・1 tablespoon of sake
・2 tablespoons of mirin
・1 teaspoon of sugar
・2 tablespoons of soy sauce
・1/2 tablespoon of grated ginger

■Procedure
(1) Cut the onion into 1cm pieces. Cut the fried tofu into thirds. Cut the tendons from the pork.
(2) Place the fried tofu in a frying pan and heat over medium heat, brown both sides and remove.
(3) Heat salad oil in the same frying pan, add the pork and onion and cook over medium heat, turning the pork over and cooking until the color changes.
