■Ingredients (serves 2)
・200g thinly sliced ​​pork belly
・1/4 cabbage (300g)
・A little salt and pepper
☆Seasonings
・2 tablespoons sake
・2 tablespoons mentsuyu [3x concentrated]
・3 tablespoons ketchup
・100cc water

■Procedure
(1) Add ☆ to a frying pan and mix.
(2) Add the cabbage while tearing it into bite-sized pieces and remove the core. Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces with kitchen scissors and spread them out. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and heat over medium heat.
(3) Once it boils, cover and simmer for about 6 to 7 minutes until the ingredients are cooked through.
