■ Ingredients (2 servings)
・1 bunch of Chinese chives (100g)
・1 clove of garlic
・1/3 of a green onion (white part)
☆Seasonings for the sauce
・1 tablespoon of sugar
・3 tablespoons of soy sauce
・2 teaspoons of white sesame seeds
・A little chili pepper (sliced)
・80cc of water
■ Steps
(1) Cut off the tip of the root of the Chinese chives and cut them into 4cm widths. Cut the garlic in half lengthwise, remove the core, and finely chop. Finely chop the green onion.
(2) Mix the garlic, green onion, and ☆ in a bowl (savory sauce).
(3) Arrange the chives in a bowl and pour the aromatic sauce over them. Wrap tightly and leave in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes. Remove and mix lightly.
