You Can't Run, But You Can.. | Hide
0Out of all the paranormal or supernatural experiences people claim to have had, alien abduction is the one I personally find the most terrifying. While this game is obviously meant to portray guards trying to track down and capture an escaped prisoner, I can't help but feel like I'm being hunted by intelligent beings from another world for some unknown purpose.

Developed and published by Andrew Shouldice for the first indie game pageant at the Super Friendship Club, Hide is an atmospheric first person stealth horror game with a lo-fi visual aesthetic. Following the competition theme of "Justice," players take on the role of an escaped prisoner as they move through a snow-covered rural forest, trying to avoid a growing number of search parties while looking for clues that reveal the terrifying truth behind their recent crimes.
The satisfying crunch of freshly fallen snow beneath your feet is a poor distraction from the sirens calling out in the distance. Your chest hurts, and you feel weak from how long you've been running, but you can't stop just yet. An ominous shadow moves slowly across the sky as unintelligible voices echo through the trees. A search light suddenly snaps to focus on you from above. The voices are growing louder; they have found you, and there is no escape.
