Most people wouldn't stop to talk to you after you shot them in the head. Not these two though as they seem keen to make a deal with me regardless. I can only suspect that they both developed some form of amnesia. Or I suppose that no-one that created Fallout 4 ever thought that someone would just try and take out the two raiders that are trying to demand money from the innocent store owner… they thought wrong. 😆
