Watch as I fix your (very crinkly) brain by pulling out the bad stuff, making room and tuning it up, and putting in some good stuff! LOTs of Dual POV in this video—looking at me & what I am doing to your brain! I wanted a deeper focus on triggers, especially since with my last video (1916 Palmistry), so many people commented about the "indication" and "tracing" triggers. I got pretty creative with my prop making for this, to give the triggers a spotlight while retaining the roleplay aspects as well. It's part education, part personal attention, part medical, and all relaxing :D

I was deeply inspired by Heather Feather's "Brain Pause" video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UBsWpogDjRw&t=1664s) for this one, sometimes it's the real simple videos that have the best impact. It might be 9 years old, but damn it still hits like it did when I was 16.
