304Smooth Operators 2 is a game where we get to build our very own customer service company in their very own tower! Naturally we start off with barely anything at all, just one little reception room and a nice receptionist called Jill who helps us out quite a bit.
With our first client on board (who do seem to be a bit dubious) we build some nice new rooms and then hire some people to work in them. Some employees take incoming calls, some make outbound calls and others deal with emails and letters and suchlike, with the idea being to meet certain volumes of each type of service for our client by the end of the day.
But as time ticks by, other demands emerge. We have services to provide, such as IT support and janitors, we need company management, such as project managers and HR people, and our employees need places to eat, relax and nip to the loo every so often.
So we build more offices, we add bathrooms and eateries, we deploy elevators, we research new job types and room upgrades and we try to manage our workloads as best we can.
Oh and we put down some plants, because of course we do.

The building mechanic is reimagined to allow the player to create a very dynamic, organic and unique office building. All characters classes - not only Agents - have a clear objective in the game, and the player needs to balance and satisfy more workloads each day, as well as developing the business in a controlled fashion. The game also includes a new Research system that the player can prioritize how the player sees fit.
But managing your Customer Experience company won’t be an easy task!
Employees will get upset if you don’t consider their well-being. You need to balance your staffing to handle all types of workloads that comes with building a company.
Smooth Operators 2 also offers a unique interface - an intelligent NLP/AI driven chat functionality with Jill the receptionist, who serves as your guide through the game.
