In this video, I reflect aloud on what's happening on the platform: a widespread drop in views, the rise of AI-generated content, and an algorithm that no longer shows videos, not even to your own subscribers. I share my experience, what I plan to do next, and how we're going to separate content between the main channel and a second channel dedicated to aviation stories and trivia.

Why many creators are seeing fewer views (and it's not just "the content's fault").
The growing importance of AI and fast-consumption formats.
My decision to compartmentalize: OVERSPEED for simulation (civil and military) and a new channel for aviation stories, anecdotes, and trivia without gameplay.
