FINALLY learned how to FUCKIN throw shit in the game. I had my trigger locks on the xbox one controller so the buttons didnt register. You may also be able to do it with the fire button though too, that shoots out shit. What I did was stun an enemy then walk into it and grab it while holding left trigger. This also works to pick up bombs. If you release it you drop the enemy or bomb by you, if you hit it again you throw it. Something like that.

Made the game WAY fuckin harder not knowing this. For that reason I edited 30 minutes of my trying to beat a level without throwing and also the end of this video where I failed stage 6 several times. It was getting lengthy. Ill post my full completion time at the end to give an idea.
