[Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel] Going 1st Exodia One Card FTK - 90%+ Consistency
Found this deck the other day and I have to say, it's honestly pretty wild. This is hands down the most consistent Exodia deck possible in Master Duel currently - the sole requirement to getting full Exodia in hand is successfully getting Halq out, and 15 cards out of the 40 in this deck are able to do that singlehandedly.
This means you have a 92% chance of opening a one-card combo starter that ends in full Exodia, and the rest of the deck is built around minimizing bricking. The equip cards (minus the bamboo engine) are comprised of cards that return to deck, which means you can recycle them back to deck if you open them. Plaguespreader activates twice in most combo lines, meaning you can spin up to 2 combo pieces in your hand back to the deck. This means that it's near impossible to brick as long as you draw a single combo starter.
Out of the remaining 25 cards in this deck, 17 are combo pieces and 8 cards are full flex slots where you can run anything. I personally choose to run a Crossout/Called By anti-handtrap loadout to counter getting handtrapped on turn 1, but it's possible to run things like 3 DRNM or board breakers so that this deck has a chance to work going second. With 3 Crossout and 2 Called By, you have a 51% chance of opening with one of them which allows you to play through a single handtrap.
That said, choosing to run anti-handtrap means this deck is effectively unplayable going second, so overall I'd say the deck only has around ~40% winrate at best. You could boost the overall winrate by running going second boardbreakers like DRNM - in that case, I could see reaching Diamond 5 with enough games and a bit of luck, but I doubt it'd be able to get much further than that.
The deck is actually surprisingly cheap, since there's a few budget replacements for the UR combo pieces, and the core decklist only requires a single UR (Uni-Zombie). The extra deck requires a few extra URs, but almost everything in it is a useful tech card that works in other decks, so no UR points are really wasted.

Budget replacements in case of UR point shortage:
- 3 Uni-Zombie can be replaced with 1 Uni-Zombie and 2 Jet Synchrons (I run 3 Uni-Zombies so that I can recycle garnets to deck rather than discarding to graveyard, but this only gives 1-2% more consistency at best so it's a fairly negligible tradeoff). Deep Sea Diva and Lefty Driver/Righty Driver also work as one-card halq starts to begin the combo
- Zephyros can be replaced with Evil HERO Sinister Necrom and Evil HERO Infernal Gainer. This is significantly cheaper, but does take up 2 card slots instead of 1, so you lose 1 flex slot for anti-handtrap or boardbreaking. (Note: dropping Zephyros means not taking damage, so you get an extra reward chest after every victory due to the 1000 points from the no damage taken bonus).
