The idea of this deck is to generate as many Spell counters as possible on Magical Citadel Of Endymion. Once again, it involves Royal Magical Library + cycling through your deck. The important thing? Make sure to dump Plaguespreader Zombie in the graveyard. Once that's done, Special Summon PSZ, sync it with RML to summon Tempest Magician. Discard your hand (if you still have it) to put more Spell counters on TM. Then, activate TM's effect to deal 11000+ damage to your opponent. If you're unable to do so, there's a back-up Magical Explosion to do further damage (which rarely happens, btw). Deck's weakness is that with 10 monsters, they sometimes clog up the hand. Also, Cup Of Ace is luck-based, so if you're unlucky like me, you'll give your opponent free draws =/
