Yufo and Comette ²⁰²¹
5After colliding with each other far within the cosmos, Yufo and Comette have crash landed at the bottom of a deep crater! Only by working together can they escape the gauntlet that awaits them above...
You play as Yufo, the lovable UFO, who happens to be helpless against enemy attacks! Dodge them with WASD or the arrow keys. Yufo can also guide Comette's trajectory with well timed collisions. Comette will protect Yufo, destroying anything in her path.
Scoring is determined as follows:
1 point for every tile's height traveled
10 points for every chunk of debris cleared (enemies can do this too)
25 points for every bullet destroyed
100 points for every cannon destroyed
250 points for every missile destroyed
This game was originally made for the Opera GX Game Jam. However, the build submitted there was not terribly polished. I plan on improving the game over here.
All assets except for the generic font were made by me, Kilomatter.
