5Neo: The World Ends with You es un juego de rol de acción desarrollado conjuntamente por Square Enix y h.a.n.d. y publicado por Square Enix. Este juego es una secuela del videojuego de 2007 The World Ends with You.
Aparentemente era un día como otro cualquiera en Shibuya, pero no para Rindo. Él sentía que había algo diferente en la ciudad.
No tarda en verse involucrado sin querer en una batalla telequinética que tiene lugar en el cruce peatonal. Apenas tiene tiempo de recuperar el aliento cuando una chica un poco siniestra se planta delante de él y le da la bienvenida al Juego de los Segadores.
Algo inquietos, Rindo y su amigo Fret le siguen el rollo, convencidos de que ese juego no tendrá consecuencias graves. No obstante, pronto empiezan a tener dudas.
Rindo estaba en lo cierto: en esta Shibuya hay algo diferente.
