The 25-year-old ex-Love Island contestant, who recently said that she used to "a lot" alter her photos out of "insecurities" posted a message to her fans on Instagram Stories requesting immediate medical attention for what she believed to be a ruptured cyst on one of her ovaries.
She stated that Sam Thompson, a Made in Chelsea actor, had driven her to the hospital.
Zara posted a picture of herself laying in a hospital bed with tubes going into her arm and captioned it, "Wow last night was so crazy!
"Sam had to rush me to A&E because I had excruciating pain in my abdomen - had a feeling it was a burst cyst on my ovary because I've had it before on my other side and it felt similar."
