Linda is an iconic member of the Black Warriors street gang, one of the enemies which were present in the game since its early days.

In the Zeebo version she appears in the first level in the alley after the first screen.

Brizo (the devs) went in this game version for different look of this female character. She is more masculine and less sexy then in the original version of the game. She can punch and kick, and uses a whip. She can also kick barrels which makes defeating bosses easier.
