Today I am demonstrating two versions of Ghouls'N Ghosts which can be run on BREW devices.

0:00 Emulated CPS1 version
The first one is the original Capcom's CPS1 arcade system ROM which is run through ONAN Games' multi-platform emulator written for the Zeebo, coded by Miguel Angel Pastor and by Miguel Angel Horna (the latter is 'ElSemi', the person behind the NEBULA emulator).

It can be run on the Zeebo and needs a 12-button USB joystick, e.g. Logitech Dual Action. The Zeebo joysticks just do not have one button which is needed to insert credits.

This version supports 2 players, but they cannot play simultaneously.

14:34 Port of J2ME version to BREW
The second version comes from Verizon's VX8600 phone and is a double port. As per about screen and residual configuration files, it was allegedly ported in 2007 from a J2ME version to BREW phones using Javaground Solution, an automated development and porting solution which ported Java apps to C/C++. You can find footage of this game for J2ME which looks exactly the same as this one.

I am running it on a Siemens SG75 prototype mobile phone which model had to be released in 2005 and was prematurely cancelled.
