Previously, Link and Yunobo climbed Death Mountain and subdued the Divine Beast Vah Rudania. Link also completed the Daqa Koh Shrine near the Bridge of Eldin. Now, he will work on freeing Vah Rudania from Ganon's influence.

Link resumes aboard the Divine Beast Vah Rudania. He starts by going out onto Rudania's tail.

On the tail, he finds a chest that contains an Ancient Screw (time 0:34).

Link enters the main body (time 0:55). The doors close, and the interior darkens.

In the first chamber, Link shoots three Glowing Eyeballs. This takes out some pools of malice and uncovers three chests in the room.

He lights a torch with a blue flame (time 1:39). Ahead and to the right from the entrance, he lights a sconce. This opens the gate to the second chamber. A Guardian Scout I is in the second chamber. There are also more Glowing Eyeballs. Shooting some of them release more chests from the malice.

Link re-lights his torch with blue flame (time 2:39). Ahead and to the left, he finds another sconce. Lighting it opens the door to a third chamber.

Link examines the Guidance Stone (time 2:55). Vah Rudania's map and controls are downloaded to Link's Sheikah Slate. Daruk tells him the next steps. As in the other Divine Beasts, he must activate five terminals. Vah Rudania's controls rotate it 90 degrees onto its left side and then back onto its belly.

Link opens the chests in the middle chamber (time 4:09). They contain a Knight's Bow, 5 Arrows, and 5 Arrows.

He also opens the chests in the rear chamber (time 4:48). They contain a Torch with a random enhancement, 5 Ice Arrows, and a Dragonbone Boko Club. The only item Link leaves behind is the club.

Then, Link shoots the dried vegetation on the metal rear starboard door. When door bar has burned, Link can open the door with Magnesis.

He activates his first terminal in the room beyond (time 6:08). One down, four to go!

Link also burns the dried vegetation in this room. He opens the chest that drops down (time 6:32). It contains an Ancient Gear.

Along the port side of the rear wall, there is a door with a hole and a sconce beyond. Link lights an arrow with a blue flame (time 6:59). He shoots it through the hole in the door to light the sconce. This opens the door.

Around to the left after he enters the room, Link finds dried vegetation on the ceiling. He burns it with a Fire Arrow and stands clear. A metal block drops down. Link places it on the flame jets in the rear of the room to block them.

Then, he rotates Vah Rudania 90 degrees onto its side. He gets past the flame jets into the room beyond. He must rotate Vah Rudania 90 degrees onto its belly again.

There, he activates his second terminal (time 8:00). Three terminals remain! Also, the flame jets are extinguished.

Link returns to the rear chamber in the torso. Past the doorway to port, he stands near the wall while he rotates Vah Rudania onto its side again. There is a hollow diagonal beam that goes to an opening near Vah Rudania's shoulder. At this orientation, Link can walk along the beam.

For now, Link gets on the other side of the beam and then rotates Vah Rudania onto its belly again. Along the beam, he finds a chest containing another Knight's Bow (time 8:53). Link drops a weaker bow so that he can obtain this one.

Link drops onto a nearby foothold and then rotates Vah Rudania onto its side again. Partway up the beam, Link glides down to a terminal on a platform (time 9:38).

He activates his third terminal (time 9:46). That leaves two terminals to activate.

Link backtracks and ascends the beam to emerge near Vah Rudania's right shoulder. He descends carefully onto the spikes along the Divine Beast's back. There are a couple more Glowing Eyeballs to shoot up here. Defeating them takes out more pools of malice.

On one of the spikes, Link finds a chest with an Ancient Core (time 11:25).

After collecting it, Link rotates Vah Rudania onto its belly. He goes forward to a terminal.

Link activates his fourth terminal (time 11:50). Just one more!

Forward on the right shoulder, Link can encounter enemies emerging from a malice mouth, such as Cursed Lizalfos. He photographs one for the compendium before defeating it, and then a Cursed Moblin.

Link rotates Vah Rudania onto its side and crosses towards its underside near its neck. He photographs a Cursed Bokoblin that emerges from the malice mouth below.
