Zelda: Breath of the Wild (No Commentary) #051, Giant of Ralis Pond; Zora Stone Monuments

Previously, Link carried out the side quest "Special Delivery" on the Zora River. Then, he completed the Yah Rin Shrine at Lurelin Village in the southeast. He also did some more Snowball Bowling. Finally, he used his earnings to pick up the Stealth set at the armor shop in Kakariko Village. In this video, he will carry out a couple more quests starting in Zora's Domain.
Link resumes in Zora's Domain.
In the pool area below the throne room, Link talks to Torfeau (time 0:57). Torfeau asks him to exterminate the Hinox at Ralis Pond. Oh, why not? This starts the side quest "The Giant of Ralis Pond". Ralis Pond is southwest of Zora's Domain. The quest marker shows the target's location.
Link takes the northwestern exit from Zora's Domain (time 2:44). After climbing the slope ahead of him, he turns south.
With the Zora gear equipped, he swims up the Veiled Falls (time 3:17). This is not strictly necessary, but it helps Link get the drop on the enemy.
Link finds the Blue Hinox below (time 4:07). He equips his new Stealth gear to help him sneak up on it. Then, he glides to the ground below. After he lands, he sneaks up on the Blue Hinox.
Link opens the battle with a spin attack powered by Urbosa's Fury (time 5:12). Obviously, the Blue Hinox has some strong attacks at its disposal. It can even rip up a tree and use it as a weapon. Its eye is its weak point. If Link shoots it in the eye, it will fall stunned, and Link can deliver some blows. However, if Link takes too long aiming, the Hinox will guard its eye.
Link soon defeats the Hinox (time 6:03). This updates the quest objective. Be sure to check the Hinox's drops.
Link teleports back to the Ne'ez Yohma Shrine in Zora's Domain (time 7:42).
He reports in to Torfeau (time 8:51). Torfeau rewards him with a Silver Rupee, worth 100 rupees. "The Giant of Ralis Pond" complete!
In the same area of Zora's Domain, Link finds Jiahto (time 10:00). Jiahto asks Link to find the ten Stone Monuments scattered through the area outside Zora's Domain. This starts the side quest "Zora Stone Monuments". In fact, one Stone Monument notes the location of a treasure, and Link is free to take it if he wants.
Link can talk to Jiahto again for clues about the Stone Monuments that he has yet to find.
To start the search, Link teleports to the Divine Beast Vah Ruta (time 12:17). This is an excellent staging point for seeking most of the Stone Monuments south of Zora's Domain. I will show them in numerical order.
From Vah Ruta's plateau, Link glides northwest. He lands at a spot northwest of Luto's Crossing, where the road turns sharply. Look out for Lizalfos in the area.
Link finds "History of the Zora, Part One: The Eternal Zora's Domain" (time 15:31). It is in plain view of the road to Zora's Domain.
Link teleports to the Divine Beast Vah Ruta (time 16:27). He glides a short distance northeast. He lands on a ledge just north of Oren Bridge.
Link finds "History of the Zora, Part Two: A Reservoir of Hope" (time 17:23). It is on a ledge overlooking Oren Bridge. In the rain, it would be hard to reach by climbing.
Next, Link teleports to the Ne'ez Yohma Shrine in Zora's Domain (time 18:17). He heads southwest out of town across the Great Zora Bridge. Once he is out of town, he glides southwest to a grassy landing just off Ruto Lake.
Link finds "History of the Zora, Part Three: Miracle of the White Scale" (time 19:56). It is southwest of the Great Zora Bridge and southeast of Ralis Pond, at the level of Ruto Lake.
Link teleports back to the Divine Beast Vah Ruta (time 21:28). He glides east to a ledge south of the eastern end of Luto's Crossing.
Link finds "History of the Zora, Part Four: The Lightscale Trident" (time 22:25). It is located on a ledge south of the eastern end of Luto's Crossing, and a bit lower in elevation.
LInk teleports back to the Divine Beast Vah Ruta (time 24:02). He glides southwest a short distance to the Zodobon Highlands.
Link finds "History of the Zora, Part Five: The Sage Princess Ruto" (time 25:12). It is in the southeast of the Zodobon Highlands. Clearly, it describes Princess Ruto from Ocarina of Time.
Link teleports to the Divine Beast Vah Ruta (time 26:28). He glides east to Ruto Mountain. After landing, he continues east towards Rutala Dam. He bypasses one Stone Monument along the way because it will come later.
