This is not a mod or a fangame, and it is not a romhack. It is in no way shape or form an alteration or dependant on any copyrighted material from Nintendo. This is simply a guide on how to emulate your own legally aquired archived copy of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D on your PC through the use of an emulator. What is Zelda: Ocarina of Time 4K?
=================================
This is a texture pack for Zelda Ocarina of Time 3D and includes over 2000 faithfully recreated HD textures, an updated 4K user interface, custom shaders (ambient occlusion, depth of field etc), tone mapping as well as 60 fps support. With full support for both the European, Japanese and American versions of the game. The installation process is also incredibly simple with minimal effort required of the user to set it up and start playing. Enjoy!

This texture pack does NOT include any game files for Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D, which you must get yourself for legal reasons. Do not ask for them here.

Please feel free to try it out! (Only available for the Citra 3DS emulator on a PC, Mac or Linux. The texture pack does not work on real 3DS or 2DS consoles, and it's not coming to Switch either).

* Is this playable?
Yes. It's a texture pack, which means it only changes the visuals of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D on the 3DS. You need an emulator to play this (included), and you need to dump the game files yourself (not included). This project is in no way shape or form affiliated with Nintendo. * Do I need an emulator to play this?
Yes. The best 3DS emulator called Citra is included with the texture pack when you download it. It has my recommended settings applied by default, so in theory you shouldn't have to touch anything to enjoy the game fully.

* Can I use any gamepad/ controller to play this?
Pretty much! If it connect to your PC and Dolphin recognizes it, it will work.

* Can my PC handle this?
Any PC from 2014 onwards should be able to play this. You can lower the graphics as much as you want in Citra to improve performance. Recommended specs: GTX 1060 or higher, 8GB of RAM, Intel i3 or Ryzen or higher.

* Is this free?
Yes. The 1080p version is completely free, while the 4K version is exclusive to Patrons for a time.

* Does this work on Android?
Citra MMJ build supports it, but is unofficial. Official Citra Android does not support custom textures yet.

* Will you retexture every single texture in the game?
That's the plan, but I can't make any promises. I have other things to do, and this project takes a lot of time. At the moment, roughly 95% of the important textures have been retextured.

* Do you make other texture packs as well?
