Zero Escape: Virtue's Last Reward - Part 6: Alien Matchmakers
Diana Gray, Michael Gray, and Nikola Suprak play and talk their way through Zero Escape: Virtue's Last Reward, the 3DS sequel to 999: Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors. Part 6.
DISCLAIMER: This video series contains gross images, graphic descriptions of gore, sexual content, and strong language.
This video contains the second part of the Quark Ending pathway. To get this ending, you must go through the yellow and red doors, and ally in both rounds of the AB game. You cannot complete the pathway without having seen the Sigma ending; if you try to do so, you get stopped by Lock No. 03.
Sigma decides to go through the red door with Clover and Dio. This leads them to the laboratory, where they must solve puzzles involving seeds, hydroponics, frog dissection and DNA. They get a journal and a bottle of Axelavir when the room is finished. The Axelavir is the only cure to Quark's Radical-6 infection.
Dio steals the Axelavir and uses it to blackmail Sigma. If Sigma doesn't vote "ally", then Dio will break the Axelavir, dooming Quark to death.
Our heroes reunite with other participants in the Nonary Game. Phi and Sigma go through the journal, which is written in Latin. She can read one section, which is about Radical-6. That, as well as seeing Quark, strengthens Sigma's resolve to vote "ally" and save Quark's life. In the AB Room, Clover gives an impassioned speech about how she doesn't want Sigma to die, but his mind has already been made up.
This video shows the bad ending, which occurs if Sigma chooses to betray Dio. This results in him breaking the Axelavir, as well as K escaping the facility.
After this, the video shows the good ending, in which Sigma chooses "ally". He is betrayed, and his BP is negative. Sigma is injected with Soporiil, but he manages to get the Axelavir before he dies. As the last moments of Sigma's life pass away, he wonders if there is some way to prevent his death.
