Zero Escape: Virtue's Last Reward - Part 5: Smelly Suit Seduction
Diana Gray, Michael Gray, and Nikola Suprak play and talk their way through Zero Escape: Virtue's Last Reward, the 3DS sequel to 999: Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors. Part 5.
DISCLAIMER: This video series contains gross images, graphic descriptions of gore, sexual content, and strong language.
This video contains the second part of the Tenmyouji Ending pathway. To get this ending, you must go through the yellow and blue doors, and ally with Tenymouji in both rounds of the AB game. You cannot complete the pathway without going to the laboratory first; if you try to do so, you get stopped by Lock No. 02.
Sigma decides to go through the blue door with Tenmyouji and Clover. This leads them to the pressure exchange chamber, where they must wear hazmat suits and solve puzzles inside the chamber. The important thing they find in this room is a memory card.
After they go through the room, our heroes return to the other floor, where the other six competitors in the Nonary Game are. The team that went through the red door found Axelavir, which is the medicine that cures Radical-6. Luna injects it into Quark, and our heroes listen to the audio file that is on the memory card from the pressure exchange chamber.
The audio file is from a Mars landing test site, held in Nevada. The Radical-6 virus first appeared during this test; it escaped and killed six billion people. This happened on New Years' Eve, 2028, well after everyone was kidnapped. So how does Tenmyouji know this information? And what day is it? Tenmyouji's explanation is cut short by the AB Game voting.
This video shows the bad ending, which occurs if Clover seduces Sigma, in order to make him vote betray. This gives her nine points, allowing her to leave.
In the good ending, Sigma chooses ally. Everyone splits up, and Sigma goes to talk to Tenmyouji. Tenmyouji does not want to continue his explanation, and the conversation is cut short by Phi. Phi leads Tenmyouji and Sigma to the crew quarters, where they find Alice's bloody corpse.
Clover demands proof that Alice's death wasn't a murder. We do not have this evidence--which is located in the laboratory--and so the game is stopped by Lock No. 2.
