This video contains the first part of the Tenmyouji Ending pathway. To get this ending, you must go through the yellow and blue doors, and ally with Tenymouji in both rounds of the AB game. You cannot complete the pathway without going to the laboratory first; if you try to do so, you get stopped by Lock No. 02.

Sigma decides to go through the yellow door with Tenmyouji and Phi. This leads them to the infirmary, which is full of medical equipment and scanners. There are also puzzles based on pills and washing cloths. Most importantly, our heroes find information on a deadly virus called Radical-6.

After they go through the room, our heroes are reunited with the other six competitors in the Nonary Game. They are prepared to vote in the Ambidex Game, when Sigma finds the corpse of an unknown woman in one of the rooms. The woman was stabbed in the heart with a knife, and suspicion falls upon K, who was the last person to leave that room alive and fully conscious.

Zero III forces all the characters to forget the murder for a time, as they vote as part of the ambidex game. Sigma decides to ally with Tenmyouji, which proves to be a poor choice, as Tenmyouji betrays them. The characters have some free time after that, so Sigma wonders how he ended up in this situation.

Sigma talks with Clover and Alice, who are keeping secrets. Clover talks about the Nonary Game which occurred one year ago. That is the Nonary Game featured in Zero Escape: 999: 9 Hours, 9 Persons, 9 Doors. Alice stops Clover from saying too much.

Sigma then goes to the infirmary to talk with Tenmyouji. Tenmyouji is acting suspicious, and Quark is acting quite oddly.

Sigma ends his free time by going to the lounge. K, Dio, Luna and Phi discuss Radical-6, when Tenmyouji bursts in with news about Quark. Everyone rushes to the infirmary, where Quark attempts to commit suicide. Luna knocks him out with anasthetic and confirms that Quark has been infected with Radical-6.

The video ends with everyone gathering around the three doors downstairs. This time, there are two real options (as Alice and Phi both refuse to go with Option C). Sigma and Clover can either go through the blue door with Tenmyouji, or they can go through the red door with Dio.
