Also can't use the Cybernetic arm to bypass the cool down now.

This trait will not work on Jetpacks, Cybernetic Arms, and Omnium Cannons.
You can also bypass the 5 second cool down of the "charge on same weapon" by swamping to the Cybernetic Arm and back to the original weapon.
It is also possible to quick charge relics by canceling a weapons ability and swamping through the 3 weapons.
