Zilog and Moto - Episode 83: RoadBlasters - Genesis
6Have you ever tried to pronounce Max Rockatansky out loud? Try it sometime, say it five times in a row without screwing up. Then do it on camera. Not so easy, is it?
The reason I bring this up, is because this week's game, RoadBlasters for the Genesis/Mega Drive, is a not so subtle nod to the Mad Max series of movies, so, of course I had to mention it during the review...at my own peril.
However, RoadBlasters stands on it's own as a fun, albeit hard and repetitive action/driving game. And for when it was originally released in 1987, it was pretty darn cool. However, in 2020, certain things haven't aged so well...take a look!
