Note: - If you are too afraid of incurring a copyright strike - To compress edited video without uploading to YouTube, download MPEG Streamclip from http://www.squared5.com/svideo/mpeg-streamclip-mac.html, and export your video at 40% quality with Multipass & B-Frames turned on and Interlaced turned off. Quality will suffer, but this method will allow you to compress video exported by Lightworks without incurring a copyright strike. Also note I use the DVE effect in Lightworks to accomplish adjustments.
