This level's got a "doorway maze" puzzle! Those are the BEST! /sarcasm
Anyway, mapped out a route that'd take me through every single screen in that maze repeating only one screen, the first! Here, I'll post it for the many-many people that'd want to try such a thing:
1m-5e-4M-2m-6mH-3E-1e-7m-8m-9m-10
# = the Floor Level which you can see on pillars on each screen
m = Monitor Exit
e = Exit off the Right Screen
CAPITALIZED: Means it's the only exit on that screen
It may seem like a small thing but every screen would go somewhere different depending on the exit you took and it's pretty easy to get stuck going in circles. Beatrice does try to help at times by chiming in "This Way!" if you're reaching the real exit, though.
This stage is topped off by another trope, the fight against the evil you! Oh noooos~ He's an actual character though. Let's see what the (translated) manual says...
His name is Veil, and he's...
"Pulseman's rival. He is Doc Waruyama's son, but is, of course, C-Life. He is thoroughly cool in personality and exceeds the abilities of Pulseman in all aspects."
(https://www.vgcomplete.com/gametranslations/pulseman)
Ouch.
What's also interesting is that he's a year older than Pulseman, what does this meeean~???
Who knows. Let's thoroughly trounce him in this gimmicky fight that coulda been a lot cooler if he actually fought you instead of just standing there waiting for you to throw a punch in between the Volteccers.

TL;DR: YouTube was provided a perfect video so pixels are sharp and shapes are correct. Audio is "high resolution" compared to a Genesis system due to no processing constraints. Watch in 4k or 1440p if your computer can handle it.
