Game only released in Japan. Text is Japanese but dialogue is English.

This is being played on an "Analogue Mega Sg" FPGA game console allowing for clear output in sound and audio! The video provided to YouTube is 4:4:4 and lossless! Details below in Technical Notes!
----

7:30 - THE FOLLOWING SCEENS HAVE INTENSE STROBING LIGHT EFFECTS

Remember, "water can DESTROY Pulseman!", which means the start of this level can be slow going what with all the rails underwater. Great design, guys.

1:18 - These cuts are to show you I've attempted the area a few times already. Blind falling on spike balls is NOT a good time. It doesn't help that the fall mechanics are weird in that you can step off an edge to get slow lateral motion but are able "stop" and fall straight down, or jump off and get fast lateral motion that is continuous. Neither make for a good time!

3:17 - Another cut showing I failed a few times. Three reasons: You can't dash off of platforms (leading to some walk offs), and there's an actual ceiling here (leading to some misjudged jumping). Also I was becoming increasingly tired and started playing recklessly.

I don't know why there is sentient water in the computer world but it can be a major pain what with how they limit Pulseman's actions!

And although I'm mostly fine with the lights... the elevators moving against the motion of the background with no other frame of reference gets to me a little.

Technical Notes:
------
You can read the full text in the description of the first video in this series.

TL;DR: YouTube was provided a perfect video so pixels are sharp and shapes are correct. Audio is "high resolution" compared to a Genesis system due to no processing constraints. Watch in 4k or 1440p if your computer can handle it.
